Bubble Pop Relax is a fun, relaxing, levels-style bubble shooter. The player's goal is to remove all bubbles hanging in patterns on playfields across levels using a dual-projectile ring shooter, a color-matched targeting line, and boosters. They must complete this task without allowing any hanging bubbles to reach a dashed, horizontal white line near the shooter. They earn points every time they successfully pop bubbles.
The player can only pop chains and clusters of three or more matching bubbles that include a matching projectile. They can use the main projectile or switch it with the secondary one. The game provides them with five gray penalty bubble passes to the left of the shooter. With these bubbles, they can miss a shot five times before they receive a penalty. The game then penalizes them by sliding another row of bubbles onto the field and reducing the number of available passes.
Bubble Pop Relax offers booster projectiles that include a rainbow bubble, a rocket bubble and a bomb bubble. The player can access these powerful tools to the right of the shooter.
